Via the Interest Registration Form (stored in our database):

  • Participant name
  • Email address
  • Selected program / plan
  • Number of participants
  • Country / region

Via email only (NOT stored in our database):

  • Passport number and copy
  • Date of birth
  • Medical information / dietary requirements
  • Guardian / parent information
  • Signed participation agreement
  • Booking form details

These sensitive documents are submitted by email and handled directly by our operations team. They are never stored on our website servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To process your camp registration and communicate program details
  • To send you the program brochure, payment instructions, and required forms
  • To send balance payment reminders and final camp instructions
  • To manage camp logistics (pickup schedules, accommodation, etc.)
  • To send program update notifications (only if you subscribed)

4. Data Retention

Interest registration data stored in our database is retained for up to 2 years after the camp end date, after which it is permanently deleted. Sensitive documents submitted by email (passport copies, medical information) will be deleted within 6 months after the camp concludes. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us at [email protected].

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share limited information (name, nationality, arrival date) with partner organizations (e.g., Seoul Performing Arts High School, accommodation providers) solely for camp operation purposes. Payment processing is handled by Payoneer; please refer to Payoneer's Privacy Policy for details on payment data handling.

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent for email notifications at any time
